GYM RULES

If you are found violating any of the proceeding rules you will be issued a week suspension of your membership without a refund. If you are found violating a second rule, your membership and access will be suspended for one month without a refund. A third infraction will result in permanent suspension without a refund.

ANY vandalism is instant and permanent suspension!

Treat all gym members and staff with respect! Be kind and help each other when you are able.
If you do not have a current membership, you are not allowed into the gym!
Do not give access to ANY non-members or not-current members for any reason!
Do not drop weights! If you can not handle the weight, do not pick it up!
Wipe machines down with the disinfectant after each use!
Put away weights and equipment. Clean up after yourself!
Shirts and shoes required!

The club or any staff member shall not be held responsible or liable by any member or guest for injury to person or damages or loss of property for any reason. I am familiar with the risks and perils inherent in all activities such as are conducted here at the Outer Limits and further, I am aware of the risks of personal injury to myself undertaking such activities; therefore, in consideration of being permitted to become a member of the Outer Limits, I hereby voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury, property damages resulting from, or in any way associated with the entry upon Outer Limits property and/or participation in any of these activities sponsored by the Outer Limits to myself, individuals under my membership, or my guests, and waive any claims against the club or any staff member for such an injury or damage. Further, I confirm that I have read and understand this release waiver.

Zero Tolerance for ANY picking on, making negative or any other derogatory comments to any gym member and/or staff for their shape, size or fitness level. If found in violation, you will be asked to leave the gym immediately, your membership will be terminated and you will NOT receive a refund.
